RETURNS POLICY


At avesalbacete.com we work with the objective of offering the best possible shopping experience to our customers.  We attempt to eliminate all possible red tape and streamline the process as far as possible, both when purchasing the products and when making returns.


It's simple:

  • FREE returns, we will bear all expenses.
  • NO EXPLANATIONS REQUIRED returns, we do not need you to justify your reasons


HOW TO APPLY FOR A RETURN


Simply contact us by email or telephone and we'll take care of everything.

Once you have contacted us, our team will organise the collection of the goods at your address, at the time which suits you best, and we will proceed to make the refund of the amount paid once returned product integrity has been verified .

HOW LONG TO DO I HAVE TO REQUEST A REFUND/RETURN THE PRODUCT?

You have one (1) week in order to request a refund/return the product, from the receipt of the order.

CAN I RETURN A PRODUCT IF I HAVE OPENED IT AND BROKEN THE ORIGINAL SEAL?

Due to the nature of the products which we market and sell, it is not possible to accept returns of products that have an original seal broken.
In order for us to accept your refund/return request, the product must be sealed, with the original manufacture seal.


WHAT HAPPENS IF I RECEIVE MY ORDER IN SUBSTANDARD CONDITIONS?


Occasionally, during transport, some packages undergo damages due to blows and may deteriorate.

It is recommended that you follow these simple steps:

  • Upon delivery, check that the box is in good condition.
  • If it is noticed that the box is damaged, notify this fact to the deliverer and jot down on the delivery docket:  "Damaged box, pending revision"
  • Contact us on the same day of receipt of the package and we'll take care of everything.
